IT Support Consultant- CRM

Job Description:
·         To be responsible to ensure operational excellence & reliable operation of global / critical systems.
·         To define system release processes, operational support models & drives continual service improvements.
·         To develop solutions for critical incidents and root cause analysis and closely aligns changes with the other sub-departments.
·         He / She will be covering supports in APAC
·         Web hosting / Software development experience is a plus / Veeva certifications is a bonus though not a must.
·         Supporting systems: Veeva / BITMAN / IMMPACT / Drupal
·        7 to 10 years support experience with vendor management exposure and 2 to 3 years of CRM domain knowledge.
·         Good communication Skills
